On November 14, 2021 wUyghurs, Tibetans, HongKongers and allies united to urge President Biden to speak up against Dictator Xi’s genocide against Uyghurs and human rights abuses at Lafayette Square outside the White House, ahead of President Biden’s virtual summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the protest and 50+ hour nonstop vigil. We will continue to be the voice for the silenced! We will continue our fights until all of us are free!

On November 12, 2021, the Uyghur American Association organized an East Turkistan Republic Day Commemoration Event at the Uyghur Center.
